Can the ready to drink shakes or powders be heated or frozen? We wouldn’t recommend that any of our SlimFast products are heated or frozen as this could lead to a quality deterioration of the product and also destroy some of the vitamins, which are present in the product. The SlimFast Keto products are not designed to be part of the 3.2.1 plan, they are designed to be part of a keto lifetsyle. However, if you are following a calorie controlled diet, you might like to consider using our keto products as part of this - the shakes for example are 199kcal. However when I'm in town or out for the day and its lunchtime, I pick up a bottle of ready prepared protein milkshake/drink, or a slimfast/meal replacement and its a bonus they both have protein.
