If you take citalopram you should not take MAOs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) like Carbex, Eldepryl, Marplan, Nardil, or Parnate; phenothiazines like chlorpromazine, mesoridazine, prochlorperazine, or thioridazine; or the diet drug phentermine.
